Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once processing is complete, orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. The Late Experience LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final on any hair, wigs, or products that have been opened, worn, altered, or tampered with.

Returns may be accepted within 7 days of purchase only if the product is:

    •    Unused

    •    In its original packaging

All approved returns are subject to inspection before a refund is issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
