Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all hair and wig sales are final once the product has been opened or tampered with.

We may accept returns within 7 days of purchase only if the product:

    •    Has not been opened

    •    Has not been worn

    •    Has not been altered or tampered with

    •    Is returned in its original packaging

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment once the item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
